I’m setting up a new restaurant

Create your account, verify your email, and protect your workspace with two-factor authentication. Then add your tables, assign your RHYKA plaques, and invite your team.

I work at a restaurant using RHYKA

Ask a restaurant owner to invite your email from the Team page. Open your invitation, choose a password, and follow the security setup. Owners use two-factor authentication to protect their restaurant’s links.

I need help signing in

Use the password reset option on the login page. If you have lost access to your authenticator, use a saved backup code. Your restaurant owner can help confirm your invitation and membership.

I’m setting up a table

Add the table, assign its plaque, then paste the reusable table link from your payment or ordering provider. For Toast, use the per-table QR link from Toast Web, never a receipt payment link. Test the plaque with your phone before service.

I’m a guest at a table

For a bill, payment problem or a link that does not open, ask your server. Your restaurant and its payment provider can help with your order. RHYKA does not receive payment or card details.

I’d like to try RHYKA

Start by creating a restaurant account. You can set up your tables and team before assigning plaques. If you already belong to a RHYKA restaurant, use your owner’s invitation instead of creating a second workspace.
